Just Another Vivi Deck... by Angel_Of_Blood

Format: Commander

Commander: Vivi Ornitier

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

Vivi Ornitier is a UR spellslinger whose power is also a mana engine: every noncreature spell grows her, pings each opponent, and, once a draw aura is attached, refills the hand. The primary plan is to multiply those triggers with Harmonic Prodigy and Veyran, amplify the pings with Ghyrson Starn/Torbran/Ojer Axonil/Fiery Emancipation, then spend Vivi's once-per-turn {0} burst on a long chain of cheap spells. Secondary paths are Niv-Mizzet, Visionary draw-burn, pump-combat via Livaan/Bria/Balmor, and Insurrection. The deck has no deterministic infinite combo and deliberately plays as an explosive midrange storm-burn deck. Veyran and Harmonic Prodigy are de facto hidden commanders.
