Deck overview

This deck is an aristocrats-voltron strategy commanded by Juri, Master of the Revue. The core game plan focuses on generating disposable creature and artifact tokens—such as Treasures, Goblins, and Zombie Armies—and feeding them into sacrifice outlets like Dross Hopper, Hungry Ghoul, and Tarrian's Journal. Every sacrificed permanent places a +1/+1 counter on Juri, rapidly growing the commander into a massive combat threat and a lethal burn outlet upon death. The deck accelerates its clock using burst spells like Bulk Up and Fling, allowing it to eliminate opponents in rapid succession or punish opposing removal. Supportive drain permanents like Boggart Mischief and The Sackville-Bagginses whittle down opposing life totals alongside combat pressure. While the deck possesses explosive single-target burst potential, its low land count, limited fast ramp, and reliance on natural card draws require careful sequencing to protect Juri and maintain steady sacrificial fuel throughout the mid-game.
