Deck overview

This deck is a classic Jund Aristocrats and Treasure engine led by Korvold, Fae-Cursed King. The strategy focuses on accelerating mana on the opening turns with mana dorks, rocks, and early token generators such as Tireless Provisioner and Black Market Connections. On Turn 4, Korvold enters the battlefield, immediately converting every sacrificed permanent into +1/+1 counters and fresh cards. By Turn 5, the deck leverages massive Treasure production from cards like Grim Hireling, Professional Face-Breaker, and Old Gnawbone to cycle through large portions of the library. Opponents are pressured from multiple angles: lethal flying commander damage from a rapidly growing Korvold and table-wide life drain from aristocrats like Mayhem Devil, Mirkwood Bats, and Marionette Apprentice. Additionally, the deck includes a compact infinite combo between Chatterfang, Squirrel General and Pitiless Plunderer to wipe opposing boards and drain the table on demand.
