Commander: The Jolly Balloon Man

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This is a Boros token-copy/ETB value deck built around The Jolly Balloon Man. His haste means he can tap the turn he enters, immediately creating a hasty, flying 1/1 copy of the best creature on board. The deck chains ETB triggers from Agate Instigator, Dockside Extortionist, Warleader's Call, and Purphoros, God of the Forge, while a dense blink package in Ephemerate, Eerie Interlude, and Teleportation Circle plus multipliers like Panharmonicon and Elesh Norn, Mother of Machines accelerate that value into a finish. The primary kill is a compact Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker combo with any of Felidar Guardian, Restoration Angel, Village Bell-Ringer, or Zealous Conscripts, producing infinite hasty tokens; the Felidar Guardian plus Restoration Angel blink loop is an independent secondary line that wins with any pinger. This is a value-midrange deck with a combo top end.
