Commander: Kotis, the Fangkeeper

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

This is a Sultai Equipment Voltron deck built around Kotis, the Fangkeeper, an indestructible 2/1 that turns every connecting swing into a cascade of free spells exiled from an opponent's library. The plan is straightforward: ramp out Kotis, suit him with evasion and power-multiplying Equipment, and connect for escalating combat damage that both closes games via commander damage and pilots the rest of the deck for free. The 99 is extremely Equipment-dense-roughly thirty pieces-supported by light ramp, modest card selection, and a thin creature suite that mostly exists to support or mirror the commander. There are no infinite combos; wins come from repeated Voltron swings, Genji Glove extra combats, and opportunistic value from stolen spells. Helm of the Host offers a secondary angle by copying Kotis into hasty non-legendary attackers that also trigger the exile-cast ability.
