Deck overview

This deck is a non-green Polymorph-style midrange build centered on Nissa, Leyline Tamer. By filling early turns with two-mana artifact ramp and token generators like Lingering Souls, Skrelv's Hive, and Dreadhorde Invasion, the deck ramps into its 7-mana commander or non-creature Polymorph spells (Mass Polymorph, Synthetic Destiny, Proteus Staff). Once Nissa resolves, any subsequent land drop instantly triggers her ability, drawing a card and revealing into game-ending creatures such as Archon of Cruelty, Archfiend of Despair, Serra's Emissary, or Avacyn, Angel of Horror. The deck eschews infinite combos in favor of asymmetric board swings, board wipes (Sunfall, Martial Coup), and airborne pressure to close the game across multiple turns. While its high-end threats dominate casual board states, its reliance on a high-mana commander and lack of stack-based countermagic make its setup vulnerable to timely interaction.
