CLOUD by MBash07

Format: Commander

Commander: Cloud, Ex-SOLDIER

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Cloud, Ex-SOLDIER leads a Naya equipment-voltron deck that aims to suit up Cloud with big Equipment, attack to draw cards, and generate Treasure once he reaches 7 power. The deck has a strong secondary legend/equipment theme with extra-combat payoffs like Aurelia and Tifa, plus a hidden commander in Cloud, Midgar Mercenary, who doubles Equipment triggers and tutors Equipment. The plan is to accelerate Cloud's power, protect him with hexproof/indestructible effects, and close games through commander damage or a wide double-striking board. The deck also includes a Hellkite Tyrant artifact-stealing alternate win condition.
