Format: Commander

Commander: Aang, Swift Savior // Aang and La, Ocean's Fury

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This Azorius deck deploys a go-wide tempo strategy centered on token generation, counter distribution, and tap-untap synergies. The front face of your commander, Aang, Swift Savior, provides instant-speed disruption by airbending problematic spells or creatures. Once your board is established with tokens from generators like Oketra's Monument, Kykar, and Secure the Wastes, you can pay Aang's waterbend cost to transform him into Aang and La, Ocean's Fury. With both faces offering value, the deck transitions seamlessly from early-game control into an overwhelming mid-game combat engine, closing out opponents through unblockable attacks, massive anthem effects, Throne of the God-Pharaoh drains, or an alternate Halo Fountain win.
