Deck overview

This Simic deck is a dedicated big-mana and +1/+1 counters engine built around Zimone, Infinite Analyst. The deck leverages Zimone's ability to reduce the cost of the first {X} spell cast each turn by the number of +1/+1 counters on her, while steadily growing her by two counters on each first {X} cast. An extensive suite of low-cost ramp spells and specialized mana enhancers, such as Elementalist's Palette and Nexos, fuels massive scaling. Counter multipliers like Innkeeper's Talent, The Earth Crystal, and Loading Zone rapidly accelerate this growth into exponential mana velocity. The deck transitions into a lethal threat around Turn 6, closing games decisively using Finale of Devastation for X >= 10 to tutor Herald of Secret Streams for an unblockable, hasty alpha strike, or by converting immense mana into direct table-wide damage with Walking Ballista. A deep suite of flexible {X}-cost counterspells and protective instants ensures reliable interaction throughout execution.
