Deck overview

This is a mega-scale Azorius hand-size and library-matters deck helmed by Whtz, the Bibliophile. Thanks to Rulebreaker, the list runs well over 200 cards, enabling both the commander's free tap-draw and the premier win condition Battle of Wits. The strategy floods the hand with symmetric and asymmetric draw engines, then converts that grip into enormous creatures (Body of Knowledge, Psychosis Crawler, Aeon Chronicler), life-total wins, mill drains, and a suite of "gotcha" enchantments and creatures (Triskaidekaphile, Test of Endurance, Twenty-Toed Toad, Approach of the Second Sun). Whtz, the Bibliophile is a cheap, repeatable draw engine rather than a combo piece; the deck still functions at high capacity without him, though the free activation accelerates every plan. Primary wins are Battle of Wits, Psychosis Crawler drains, and the cluster of hand/life/upkeep win conditions, backed by a dense counterspell suite.
