kykar storm by jonnywave

Format: Commander

Commander: Kykar, Wind's Fury

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

Kykar, Wind's Fury leads a Jeskai spellslinger/storm list that uses cheap cantrips, rituals, and cost reduction to chain spells. The primary plan is a graveyard-based Underworld Breach combo: Bonus Round plus Frantic Search creates a mana-neutral loop that grows storm and fuels escape, and Brain Freeze mills all opponents. Secondary paths are the Harmonic Prodigy/Veyran/Storm-Kiln Artist/View from Above loop for infinite spirits/treasures and a Ral-emblem token-spells beatdown. Kykar is both an early blocker/attacker and a red-mana engine; sacrificing Spirits pays for the chain. The deck can also pivot to commander damage with Veyran if the combo is disrupted.
