Deck overview

This deck is a synergistic Rakdos combat-burn strategy commanded by Ingris Stingerquill. The deck focuses on developing early evasive and recurring creatures during the opening turns, deploying Ingris on Turn 3, and converting every declared attack into direct damage against each opponent. Damage multipliers like Thor, Asgard's Avenger and Tomik, Izzet Sparkmage scale this output exponentially across the board, bypassing traditional combat damage blockers. Subthemes of goad via Kardur, Doomscourge and Puppet Master, String Puller deflect opposing combat away while chipping life totals down. Card draw engines such as Black Market Connections and Darkstar Augur maintain resource velocity. While the deck lacks countermagic and hard stax locks, its proactive life-total pressure and redundant threat suite create a consistent clock aiming to close games by Turn 7.
