This Orzhov deck is built around Niv-Mizzet, Ghost Counsel, transforming passive lifegain triggers into overwhelming card draw. The early game establishes cheap lifegain permanents like Soul Warden, Authority of the Consuls, and Creeping Bloodsucker alongside standard 2-mana ramp. On Turn 5, Niv-Mizzet, Ghost Counsel enters the battlefield, immediately weaponizing every life gain by paying that life to draw replacement cards, churning through 4 to 8 cards per rotation. On Turn 6, the deck pivots into game-ending threats.
