Brimaz, Blight of Oreskos leads an Orzhov Phyrexian tribal deck built around the incubate mechanic. The core loop is to cast Phyrexian creatures and artifact creatures to trigger Brimaz's incubate ability, creating Incubator tokens that transform into Phyrexian artifact creatures, then proliferate to grow the board and stack poison counters. The deck wins through combat with a wide board of Mites (toxic 1), Incubators, and Golems, supplemented by drain effects from Vraan, Executioner Thane and Scheming Aspirant, and big finishers like Massacre Wurm and White Sun's Twilight. A recursion package (Victimize, Vat Emergence, Phyrexian Delver) and board wipes that leave Incubators behind (Sunfall, Phyrexian Rebirth) give it a midrange value grind that outlasts the table.
