Deck overview

This Golgari deck blends traditional Elf tribal swarm strategies with -1/-1 counter attrition. Led by High Perfect Morcant, the deck deploys low-cost Elves to generate rapid mana acceleration and steadily wither opposing creatures through Blight triggers. Once an army of Elves is established, Morcant proliferates counters to shrink opposing threats while the deck amasses critical board mass. The deck finishes games through explosive overrun effects, using Craterhoof Behemoth, Ezuri, Renegade Leader, or Elvish Warmaster to convert wide boards into lethal trample damage.
