Deck overview

This deck is a high-tempo Rakdos aristocrats and reanimator deck led by Carnage, Crimson Chaos. The strategy revolves around stocking the graveyard early with impactful low-cost creatures using cards like Faithless Looting, Buried Alive, or natural curve plays. On turn 4, Carnage enters to reanimate a creature with mana value 3 or less, granting it mandatory attack and a sacrifice trigger upon dealing combat damage. Key targets like Lightning Skelemental and Accursed Marauder force discards and sacrifices while dealing heavy damage. As the game transitions into turn 6, force multipliers like Bloodletter of Aclazotz, Drivnod, Carnage Dominus, and aristocrat drain engines (Blood Artist, Marionette Apprentice) turn combat connections into lethal table-wide life loss. While vulnerable to early graveyard exile and targeted sweepers, the deck leverages high internal redundancy, Mayhem casting, and cheap reanimation spells to rebuild quickly and close the game by turn 8.
