Deck overview

This deck is a five-color Phyrexian midrange and stax powerhouse piloted by Omnath, Locus of All. The strategy revolves around deploying early mana fixers and mana dorks such as Bloom Tender and Faeburrow Elder to cast Omnath on Turn 4. Omnath preserves unspent mana as black mana across turns and generates card advantage by revealing the top card of the library each main phase. On Turn 5, this banked mana fuels colossal, game-distorting Praetors like Vorinclex, Voice of Hunger, Elesh Norn, Grand Cenobite, Jin-Gitaxias, Progress Tyrant, and Atraxa, Grand Unifier. These threats simultaneously lock down opposing mana, nullify creature boards, and restock the hand. With asymmetric stax pieces like Phyrexian Censor and Elesh Norn, Mother of Machines suppressing opponent counterplay, the deck finishes the table around Turn 8 through overwhelming combat power and toxic proliferation.
