Edric, Spymaster of Trest by stevenroach7

Format: Commander

Commander: Edric, Spymaster of Trest

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Edric, Spymaster of Trest commands a classic tempo-aggro strategy that floods the battlefield with cheap, evasive creatures to draw massive amounts of cards. By deploying low-mana unblockable and flying threats in the opening turns, the deck turns every combat step into a burst of card advantage once Edric enters. With an overflowing hand, it easily holds up cheap countermagic and protective spells to safeguard its board. Victory is achieved by overwhelming opponents through mass buff effects like Beastmaster Ascension, an overloaded Scale Up, or Biomass Mutation, burning the table with Psychosis Crawler, or drawing the entire library into Laboratory Maniac.
