Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Wan Shi Tong, All-Knowing is a mono-blue disruption engine. The deck plays a long game: bounce or counter every meaningful permanent back into its owner's library, and each such event creates two unblockable Spirit tokens. The commander also tucks a permanent on entry, giving immediate board control. The primary finish is a growing spirit army, enhanced by Patchwork Banner, with extra turns from Timestream Navigator and Beacon of Tomorrows to chain combat steps. Psychosis Crawler provides an alternate draw-based kill, while Opposition and Shacklegeist turn the tokens into reusable removal. Guile, Deadeye Navigator, and Wizards of Thay make the library manipulation both cheaper and repeatable.
