Deck overview

This deck leverages Illuna, Apex of Wishes to trigger massive mutate value and cheat enormous permanents directly onto the battlefield. The game plan starts by establishing non-Human base creatures, specifically hexproof threats like Slippery Bogle or high-utility targets like Ivy, Gleeful Spellthief. Once mana is available, mutating Illuna or Auspicious Starrix chains triggers to deploy bombs such as One with the Multiverse, Etali, Primal Conqueror, and The Great Henge. Win conditions revolve around overwhelming combat damage with massive mutated creatures, copying board states with Vesuvan Duplimancy, or drawing the library to cast game-ending threats.
