Commander: The Ur-Dragon

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This is a five-color Dragon tribal deck helmed by The Ur-Dragon, leaning on its eminence cost reduction to turbo out expensive flyers. The game plan is to establish early ramp, cheat or discount dragons, then overwhelm via combat with double-strike effects, token copies, and ETB damage. Draw engines like Up the Beanstalk and Temur Ascendancy keep the hand full, while Call the Spirit Dragons provides a backup win condition. The deck also packs Time and fetch contingencies such as Tiamat to grab any missing piece. Though straightforward in aspire, its speed and resilience depend heavily on the commander's irreplaceable eminence value and encounter multiple attackers.
