Deck overview

This is a Golgari Food/sacrifice aristocrats deck built around Ygra, Eater of All. Ygra turns every other creature into a Food artifact, meaning every sacrifice feeds his +1/+1 counter growth while also fueling the deck's death triggers. The primary plan is to generate a constant stream of Food and Squirrel tokens through Peregrin Took, Chatterfang, Squirrel General, Gilded Goose, Trail of Crumbs, and Experimental Confectioner, then feed them into sacrifice outlets like Witch's Oven, Ashnod's Altar, and Altar of Dementia. Drain payoffs such as Blood Artist, Mirkwood Bats, Marionette Apprentice, Agent of the Iron Throne, and Syr Konrad, the Grim convert every sacrifice into damage. The deck can close through a massive Ygra, a huge Feasting Hobbit, treasure bursts into Revel in Riches, or simple attrition. Mass artifact removal becomes effectively one-sided when Ygra is out, since Ygra himself is not an artifact.
