Deck overview

Jan Jansen, Chaos Crafter commands an artifact aristocrats and combo engine that converts board resources into lethal loops. Jan's activated abilities trade artifact creatures for Treasure tokens and noncreature artifacts for 1/1 Construct artifact creatures. By equipping Jan with artifact-granting effects such as Liquimetal Torque or Biotransference, untap engines like Clock of Omens, Sword of the Paruns, and Umbral Mantle generate infinite mana, infinite tokens, and infinite sacrifice triggers. Drain outlets including Mirkwood Bats, Nadier's Nightblade, and Pactdoll Terror convert this cycle into immediate table-wide lethal damage. If Jan is countered or removed, backup lines centered on Magda, Brazen Outlaw or Krark-Clan Ironworks maintain pressure. The deck features strong recursion through Sevinne's Reclamation and Wake the Past, alongside spot removal like Swords to Plowshares and Stroke of Midnight. It aims to assemble its core pieces and execute a decisive win around Turn 5.
