Frodo // Sam Lifegain [Optimized 8] by jankclonk

Format: Commander

Commander: Frodo, Adventurous Hobbit and Sam, Loyal Attendant

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This Abzan Food and lifegain deck pairs Frodo, Adventurous Hobbit and Sam, Loyal Attendant to turn Food tokens and steady life gain into drain wins. Sam creates a Food each combat and makes Food abilities cheaper, while Frodo draws cards once you gain 3+ life and the Ring has tempted you twice. The main plan sacrifices Foods for 3 life and drains the table with Dina, Soul Steeper, Vito, Thorn of the Dusk Rose, Sanguine Bond and Enduring Tenacity. A secondary token swarm uses Peregrin Took, Academy Manufactor and Merry to flood the board, and the hidden combo of Experimental Confectioner + Nuka-Cola Vending Machine + Peregrin Took creates infinite Foods, Rats and Treasures for infinite drain.
