Deck overview

This Kynaios and Tiro of Meletis deck executes a dedicated Group Hug and Pillowfort strategy designed to accelerate the entire table before securing victory through non-combat win conditions. In the opening turns, the deck deploys symmetrical draw engines like Howling Mine and Font of Mythos alongside its commander to flood all players with cards and extra land drops. To protect itself from aggressive retaliation, the deck erects defensive taxing layers such as Ghostly Prison, Propaganda, and Sphere of Safety. With an abundance of mana and rapid card turnover, the deck digs into its primary win condition, Approach of the Second Sun, casting it on Turn 6 and rapidly re-drawing it to win on Turn 8. Secondary win routes include milling opponents out with Folio of Fancies, massive Prosperity spells, or swinging with an unblocked army using Insurrection.
