This deck is a competitive Azorius combo-control strategy centered on Heliod, the Radiant Dawn. The primary game plan is to accelerate mana in the early turns, deploy Heliod, and transform him into Heliod, the Warped Eclipse. Once transformed, Heliod grants all of your spells flash and reduces their generic mana costs by the total number of cards your opponents have drawn this turn.
