Commander: Kami of the Crescent Moon

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

Kami of the Crescent Moon leads a mono-blue group-hug that turns forced extra draws into wins. You give every player an extra card each draw step with Kami, Howling Mine, Dictate of Kruphix and Temple Bell, then punish that generosity. Primary payoffs are drain with Psychosis Crawler and Scrawling Crawler and mill with Psychic Corrosion, Sphinx's Tutelage, Teferi's Tutelage, Bruvac the Grandiloquent and The Water Crystal, doubled by Teferi's Ageless Insight and Alhammarret's Archive. Mass-draw spells like Windfall and Folio of Fancies close games, with Laboratory Maniac as a deck-out backup. Secondary wins come from Alandra and Minn tokens, Triskaidekaphile and Twenty-Toed Toad.
