KILO PROLIF by QuixoticWiz23

Format: Commander

Commander: Kilo, Apogee Mind

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

Kilo, Apogee Mind leads a Jeskai artifact-counter engine. The deck's primary plan is to play cheap artifacts and artifact creatures, then use Kilo's tap-trigger plus proliferate sources to grow every charge and +1/+1 counter on the battlefield. When the counter pile reaches 30, Lux Artillery deals 10 to each opponent; Darksteel Reactor offers a second counter-based win. Secondary paths are combat with Threefold Thunderhulk, Cyberdrive Awakener, or Depthshaker Titan after mass recursion. Kilo attacks with haste and can be tapped by Uthros Research Craft or Inspirit for extra value. The hidden commander is Tekuthal, Inquiry Dominus, which doubles every proliferate and makes the deck's numbers explode.
