Deck overview

This deck is a classic mono-black Zombie tribal and aristocrat swarm deck commanded by Ghoulcaller Gisa. The primary strategy focuses on deploying cost-efficient Zombies and mana rocks during the opening turns, casting Gisa on Turn 5, and activating her on Turn 6 to double the board's power into hordes of 2/2 Zombie tokens. The deck turns these tokens into lethal combat threats through lords like Death Baron, Lord of the Accursed, and Undead Warchief, while punishing sweeps and attrition with death triggers from Vengeful Dead, Ayara, First of Locthwain, and Undead Augur. Because the deck runs no combo finishes, fast mana, or tutors, it operates as a fair midrange engine that relies on combat steps and Gary drain to close games around Turn 9.
