Deck overview

Bard, King of Dale is a draw-and-token replacement engine, not a fast combo deck. The plan is to cast Bard around turns 5-6, then use every extra draw and every doubled token to build a wide board. Primary payoffs are Nadir Kraken, Homunculus Horde, Curiosity Crafter, Adeline, and Elspeth; the finishing line is usually a token alpha, with Finale of Glory for a final burst. Secondary routes are slower threat pressure from Darksteel Colossus or a rebuilt Elspeth/Adeline board. There is no hidden commander; the double-faced Dion, Bahamut's Dominant is utility in the 99. Bard's role is the multiplier, not a 21-damage beater.
