Deck overview

This deck is an optimized cEDH Izzet Spellslinger storm list commanded by Vivi Ornitier. The primary game plan accelerates Vivi into play on Turn 2, enchants it with Curiosity, Ophidian Eye, or Tandem Lookout on Turn 3, and initiates a decisive storm turn. Because Vivi deals one damage to each opponent whenever you cast a noncreature spell, each spell cast draws three fresh cards. This engine chains through low-cost cantrips, fast mana rocks, and rituals like Jeska's Will, while Vivi's activated {0} ability converts accumulated power counters into massive bursts of colored mana. The sequence eliminates all opponents in a single turn through simultaneous ping damage.
