Inspirit by Supasu

Commander: Kilo, Apogee Mind

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Kilo, Apogee Mind is a hasty artifact-counter engine: whenever it taps, it proliferates, feeding charge counters on mana rocks and win pieces. The primary plan is to grow Darksteel Reactor's charge counters until the 20-counter trigger wins, using Aetheric Amplifier doubling and repeated proliferate. Secondary paths are an artifact-creature swarm (Alibou, Cyberdrive Awakener, Threefold Thunderhulk) and poison from Virulent Silencer, with Magistrate's Scepter offering extra turns. Tekuthal, Inquiry Dominus is the hidden commander, doubling every proliferate trigger; protecting it is crucial. Kilo is the cheapest repeatable proliferator, but the deck still functions without him, just one turn slower.
