Deck overview

This deck is a high-velocity Simic big-mana stompy strategy commanded by Troyan, Gutsy Explorer. The deck leverages a dense package of 1-mana ramp spells to reliably cast Troyan on turn 2, unlocking his 2-mana acceleration on turn 3. This allows the deck to consistently deploy 5-to-6 mana value card draw engines, ramp artifacts, and formidable creatures well ahead of curve. The mid-game transitions into overwhelming board presence with massive payoffs like Vaultborn Tyrant, Consecrated Sphinx, Ghalta, Stampede Tyrant, and Last March of the Ents. Combat overruns powered by Kamahl, Heart of Krosa, Surrak and Goreclaw, and Pathbreaker Ibex close the game across turns 6 and 7. The deck also carries an incidental infinite mana combo with Deadeye Navigator and Peregrine Drake. While it excels in raw mana production and explosive creature deployments, it remains vulnerable to sweepers and relies on natural draws for its interaction and protection.
