Deck overview

The Notary Hobbits deck is a green big-mana Eldrazi ramp deck that uses changeling creatures-especially Springleaf Parade tokens-to make every Halfling a mana engine. The commander multiplies colorless mana across its own copies, while Elf druids supply green to pay for X-spells and colored costs. The primary plan is to ramp into 8-12 mana, then deploy Eldrazi titans and colorless finishers with cast triggers, board wipes, and tutor chains. Finale of Devastation serves as the main overrun finisher, while Zhulodok, Void Gorger acts as a hidden cascade engine for seven-plus-colorless spells. The deck is less a combo deck and more an explosive ramp-and-threats machine that wins through overwhelming board presence and annihilator pressure.
