Deck overview

A legendary-Wizard spellslinger deck built around Gandalf, Party Guest's combat trigger to cast expensive instants and sorceries for free. The primary finish is Approach of the Second Sun: cast it once from hand at combat, then use draw/dig effects such as Brainstorm, Palantir of Orthanc, Jori En, and Will of the Jeskai to recover it and cast it again. Secondary paths use Invincible Hymn or Reverse the Sands to inflate life, then Storm Herd for a flying army, while Kykar, Wind's Fury and Deekah provide token backup. Naru Meha plus Multiversal Incursion creates an inefficient infinite-Wizard token engine. There is no true hidden commander; Gandalf the Grey and Veyran are support engines.
