XMonored bk4 by godking42

Format: Commander

Commander: Norin the Wary

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

Norin the Wary is a mono-red ETB burn deck: he exiles on every spell or attack and returns on each end step, guaranteeing a recurring creature entry. Those entries power Impact Tremors, Purphoros, Agate Instigator, General Kreat, and similar en masse, while Genesis Chamber and copy effects double the number of enter events. Damage multipliers such as Torbran, Solphim, Twinflame Tyrant, and Mechanized Warfare turn small pings into a lethal clock. The deck can also go wide with Krenko and Riders of the Mark, or use Confusion in the Ranks to steal permanents with Norin. The 99 has no distinct hidden commander; legends like Norin, Swift Survivalist and General Kreat are support pieces.
