Deck overview

This deck is a high-velocity Sultai graveyard combo deck designed to assemble a game-ending win on Turn 3. Its primary route leverages Buried Alive to place Necrotic Ooze, Asmodeus the Archfiend, and Skirge Familiar into the graveyard, followed by an efficient reanimation spell. Because Necrotic Ooze acquires Asmodeus's draw activation without its static replacement drawback, it discards cards to Skirge Familiar for black mana and draws the entire library. The sequence culminates in casting Thassa's Oracle for an immediate same-turn victory. Commander Teval, the Balanced Scale serves as a secondary engine, generating board presence and mana advantage through self-mill and land recursion. Robust free interaction, pitch spells, and dense 0–1 CMC acceleration support explosive early turns while protecting critical combo windows from opposing disruption.
