This is a tightly constructed The Gitrog Monster combo deck that leverages the commander's landfall draw trigger to fuel a deterministic dredge loop. The primary game plan is to assemble a discard outlet (Putrid Imp, Wild Mongrel, Noose Constrictor, Oblivion Crown, or Iron-Shield Elf), Dakmor Salvage, and a shuffle titan (Kozilek, Butcher of Truth or Ulamog, the Infinite Gyre) to mill the entire library, then win via Polluted Cistern's life drain or infinite mana into a massive Green Sun's Zenith or Nature's Rhythm.
