Deck overview

This deck is a Rakdos midrange aristocrats and burn strategy led by The Great Goblin. The deck leverages amass mechanics, +1/+1 counters, -1/-1 counters, and proliferate spells to repeatedly trigger the commander's 2-damage burn ability. Simultaneously, sacrificing or trading off Goblins and Orcs triggers impulse card advantage, ensuring a steady stream of spells. The mana base and acceleration suite reliably deploy the commander on Turn 3 and an active counter engine by Turn 4. From there, the deck transitions into a lethal threat around Turn 6 by stacking evasive menace buffs, burn enhancers like Fear of Burning Alive, and board control from Archfiend of Depravity. Games typically conclude on Turn 8 through wide evasive combat backed by direct damage. While the list lacks fast combo finishes and dedicated countermagic protection, its built-in card flow and graveyard resilience allow it to maintain continuous pressure through standard interaction.
