Deck overview

This deck is a Gruul artifact midrange and Voltron beatdown deck led by Aerid Konstrari. The strategy focuses on accelerating mana through land ramp and artifact mana rocks, deploying the commander on Turn 4, and accumulating artifact permanents (such as Heartwood tokens, Clues, Thopters, and Powerstones). On Turn 6, the deck activates Aerid's {6} ability to create additional Heartwood tokens and pump its power based on the total artifact count. Combined with double strike enablers like Blood Mist and Berserkers' Onslaught or equipment like Improvised Arsenal, Aerid swings with flying evasion to eliminate opponents via commander damage in sequential turns. Backup plans utilize high-end artifact creatures such as Triplicate Titan and Pyrewood Gearhulk. The deck features solid flexible removal in Beast Within and Decimate, though it carries minimal stack interaction and protection.
