Deck overview

This deck is a Selesnya Angel tribal and midrange control strategy led by Sigarda, Font of Blessings. It leverages dense 1-2 CMC ramp to deploy the commander on Turn 3 or 4, protecting all other permanents with passive hexproof while generating continuous card advantage by casting Angels and Humans from the top of the library. The deck transitions into a dominant late game around Turn 6 by assembling the Brisela, Voice of Nightmares meld lock to stop low-cost spells, or by overwhelming opponents with high-power flying creatures buffed by Righteous Valkyrie, Lyra Dawnbringer, and Sigarda's Vanguard. Its interaction package features versatile single-target removal like Swords to Plowshares and Beast Within, backed by modal sweepers such as Farewell. While weak to mass exile effects and lacking stack countermagic, its heavy redundancy, robust reanimation, and passive hexproof make it a resilient and oppressive combat powerhouse.
