Deck overview

This deck is a high-powered Temur Dragon tribal strategy commanded by Miirym, Sentinel Wyrm. It accelerates rapidly through turns 1 to 3 using efficient low-cost ramp, enabling Miirym to enter on Turn 4. Once Miirym is established, every subsequent nontoken Dragon entering the battlefield is duplicated, triggering massive board scaling and devastating enters-the-battlefield burn through Terror of the Peaks, Scourge of Valkas, and Dragon Tempest. Card draw engines like Elemental Bond and Garruk's Uprising trigger twice per Dragon cast, keeping the hand full of additional threats. Apex finishers such as Utvara Hellkite, Atarka, World Render, and Old Gnawbone rapidly turn duplicated flyers into lethal combat damage and massive Treasure reserves. The deck defends its board with efficient counterspells and Heroic Intervention, while clearing opposing defenses with asymmetric wipes like Raise the Palisade and Cyclonic Rift.
