Elven Landfall by user7663110

Format: Commander

Commander: Thranduil the Strategist

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

The deck is a Simic landfall/Elf-token build centered on Thranduil the Strategist. It ramps aggressively, plays extra lands each turn, and converts every land drop into a 1/1 Elf while Thranduil also turns all other Elves into one-mana mana dorks, making the board both an army and a mana engine. Secondary wins come from +1/+1-counter pump (Beorn's Hospitality, Ride the Shoopuf, Thranduil's Company) and Simic Ascendancy. Kodama of the East Tree plus bounce lands can create explosive landfall loops. The Legendary Adventure card Thranduil, Sindarin Liege // Silvan Rally acts as a hidden commander: its creature face doubles the Elf/token theme and its adventure face fetches lands. No true double-faced commander occupies the command zone; the deck is built around Thranduil the Strategist's single face.
