Deck overview

This deck leverages the partner pairing of Kratos, Stoic Father and Atreus, Impulsive Son to execute a snowballing midrange plan centered on Gods and experience counters. Because both commanders are Gods, initiating attacks immediately triggers Kratos to build experience counters, which Kratos converts into +1/+1 counters and Atreus converts into massive card draw and burn. Proliferate engines like Tekuthal, Inquiry Dominus and Thrummingbird accelerate this scaling rapidly. Win conditions stem from combat evasion via Herald of Secret Streams, exponential token creation with Otharri, Suns' Glory and The Locust God, or burn engines like All Will Be One. The list features solid mana ramp and resilient threats thanks to indestructible God typings, though it remains vulnerable to early aggression and noncreature board exiles.
