Deck overview

This mono-Green stompy deck is helmed by Ghalta, Stampede Tyrant, whose enters-the-battlefield trigger functions as a one-shot mass reanimation effect for creature cards in hand. The primary game plan is to ramp aggressively with land-search spells, dorks, and cost-reducing effects, then cast Ghalta to dump a hand of high-power dinosaurs and other fatties onto the battlefield. With trample enablers like Garruk's Uprising, Goreclaw, Terror of Qal Sisma, and Surrak and Goreclaw, plus power-doubling effects from Unnatural Growth and Zopandrel, Hunger Dominus, the deck aims to win via overwhelming combat damage in a single turn. Secondary win paths include using Last March of the Ents to draw and dump creatures, Lurking Predators for free value, and Ghalta, Primal Hunger as a massive cost-reduced beater. The deck is a classic big-mana strategy that lives or dies by its land count and ramp density.
