Deck overview

This deck is a mono-blue control and combo strategy commanded by Wan Shi Tong, Librarian. It leverages an extensive suite of low-cost counterspells, cantrips, and scalable card advantage engines to control the game tempo and assemble a compact win condition. The primary victory route utilizes the classic Isochron Scepter and Dramatic Reversal combination alongside positive mana rocks like Sol Ring and Arcane Signet to produce infinite mana and untaps. With unlimited mana, the deck draws its entire library using Wan Shi Tong, Librarian, Arcanis the Omnipotent, or Blue Sun's Zenith, closing the game on the same turn via Laboratory Maniac or by forcing opponents to draw out. If the primary artifact combo is disrupted, Hullbreaker Horror provides an independent backup loop to bounce all opposing boards and secure victory. The deck excels at stack interaction and card replenishment while executing a protected, instant-speed finish.
