Deck overview

This Grixis deck is a spell-slinger combo-control list helmed by Kefka, Court Mage // Kefka, Ruler of Ruin. The primary plan uses a dense suite of rituals, cheap mana rocks, and tutors to assemble an early infinite-mana loop (Worldgorger Dragon + Animate Dead) or a value chain (Dualcaster Mage + Ghostly Flicker). The creature base leans into Wizard tribal with Naban, Dean of Iteration and Harmonic Prodigy doubling triggers, while the commander provides discard-fueled card advantage and, once transformed, draws cards from any life loss. The deck carries a robust interaction package including multiple counterspells, mass removal, and spot answers, backed by recursion engines like Underworld Breach and Reanimate to grind through disruption. It can win via combat (commander or Psychosis Crawler), but its most consistent path is an infinite mana combo culminating in a stormed Brain Freeze or repeated activation of Kefka's sacrifice ability. ---
