Format: Commander

Commander: High Perfect Morcant

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

The deck is an Elf-tribal attrition deck built around High Perfect Morcant's ETB blight and tap-three-Elves proliferate. The primary path is to flood the board with Elf tokens and lords, turning every Elf ETB into a -1/-1 counter on opposing creatures while building toward an Overrun finish. Secondary plans use Lathril, Blade of the Elves plus Vitalize for an all-opponents life drain, and Morcant's Eyes to convert a full graveyard into a huge token army. The commander is a value engine rather than a mandatory combo piece; the deck still wins through Lathril and lord beats when Morcant is unavailable. No hidden commander emerged; High Perfect Morcant is the intended face.
