Deck overview

This is a Jeskai spellslinger build that weaponizes every noncreature spell: Kykar, Wind's Fury turns them into flying Spirits, and those Spirits become ritual mana, chump-blockers, Skullclamp fuel, and convoke shards. The 99 layers magecraft and burn payoffs - Guttersnipe, Coruscation Mage, Vivi Ornitier, Storm-Kiln Artist, Longshot, Rebel Bowman, Impact Tremors, and Purphoros, God of the Forge - and doubles them with Veyran, Voice of Duality and Harmonic Prodigy. The primary kill is a ritualized, damage-multiplied Crackle with Power powered by Mana Geyser, Battle Hymn, Seething Song, and Spirit-sacrifice, tripled by City on Fire. Backup channels include the Hullbreaker Horror infinite-mana loop, Prismari, the Inspiration storming a Capture of Jingzhou into extra turns, and Neheb, the Eternal converting combat damage into a second-main-phase burn. Elsha of the Infinite, Smothering Tithe, and The One Ring keep the engine fed between explosive turns.
