Elfs by heroi

Format: Commander

Commander: Thranduil, the Elvenking

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

This deck is a high-power Elf tribal combo deck helmed by Thranduil, the Elvenking, who provides access to every activated ability of Elf cards in your graveyard. The primary game plan is to fill the graveyard with key combo pieces via Buried Alive and Entomb, then cast Thranduil and use the graveyard abilities to generate infinite mana (e.g., Devoted Druid + Quirion Ranger). That mana is then sunk into Walking Ballista or Staff of Domination to eliminate the table. The deck is packed with mana dorks, tutors, and untap effects, with a secondary combat win through Craterhoof Behemoth. It plays like a highly consistent, tutor-driven combo machine that can adapt to disruption through multiple redundant lines.
